The worst flower shop ever. Not worth the time it is taking me to write this. I ordered a 60 dollar bunch of flowers with a vase for my pregnant wife for Valentines day. I added a Hallmark card and the person on the phone took my inscription down and promised me that the flowers would be delivered promptly on Valentines day (a Friday, my call to them took place on the prior Monday). I gave them my credit card info, the payment was promptly processed and all was good. NOT!! Valentines day arrives and at 9 am my 8 months pregnant wife bids me good day as I go to work a double shift, so I will not see he until the wee hours of the morning. I will wait for her call telling she got the flowers and tell her I love her. Noon, no call, 3 pm no call, 6 pm no call, I call her, ruin the surprise and ask if she received the flowers. No flowers. Try to call the florist, busy signal, try to call 10 times no answer, just puts you on hold and then after 5 minutes either cuts you off or shunts you to voicemail. I left messages, and even though this was during their advertised business hours, no reply, no call, no email. so now am out 76 bucks (card and taxes), am not with my beautiful wife for Valentines day, have had no nice surprise to brighten her day while she struggles through the last uncomfortable weeks of her pregnancy, am incredibly angry, and cannot believe a that I cannot get a florist to answer the stupid phone on valentines day. The most unprofessional, unorganized, incompetent, bunch of buffoons to ever run a business. Set your money on fire before you give it to them, at least the fire will give you a bit of warmth before it burns your hand, these guys just burn you!
