Beware do noy shop at La music. I had the unpleasant experience of being ripped off for my $200 deposit and could never retrieve it ever again thanks to Sam at la music and his boss Mario. They never responded to my phone call messages or emails and then had the audacity of leaving me a rebuke when I complained about their poor business habits.

I bought a new 2016 Fender Limited Edition American Special Jazzmaster with Bigsby Vibrato and a new 2019 Fender Limited Edition "Daybreak" Stratocaster Olympic White Made In Japan just before Christmas and I can't say enough good things about Sam at LA Music, but i'll try! Sam was excellent talking to me over the phone while I worked out how to complete my purchases and made the transaction easy and fast. My 2 guitars arrived safe and fast even though they traveled over 2,000 kms! I highly recommend LA Music and best prices around!!!! WELL DONE SAM & MARIO!

horrible customer service..I called many times about a very slow order and they kept putting me off....never answered my email or text messages!!! will never buy from them again.. PLEASE BE WARNED OF THESE SCAMMERS!!! I called my bank to let them know I want a dispute opened and get my card credited!!!!

L.A. Music has been around forever, and there's a good reason for that. They carry the brands that we want to buy, at the prices we're comfortable paying, and with customer service that makes us want to keep coming back. They offer top-quality lessons in addition to the retail store. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I have been to a lot of music stores around Toronto, but LAMusic is one of the best! They have a great selection of guitar acoustic and electric and the staff was very nice. They even have a third floor with drums, keyboards and pro-audio. Victor in drums was very helpfully when I asked about difference drum skins and Andrew was good when helping me find the right microphone for my drums Over all the whole store was amazing and the staff was very nice!

After diligent research & at least 3 or 4 wasted phone calls I found out that this supposed reputable music store does not honour the statement splashed on their homepage that states...*LOWEST PRICE GAURANTEED* After finding a guitar elsewhere that was the same make & model & *brand new in box*,they did not bother to match the price...all they could say to me was.."you should buy it from them" which reflected to me that they do not honour their stated ad & are very unprofessional in their shoddy business practices. I will never offer any business to them in the future & put the word *out there* so others won't be misled & as disappointed as I was. beware consumers....beware Check out their BBB rating for further analysis...I'm not the only person who has had issues with this company.
