Good things: good owner, good pricing Bad things: 1 year warranty and faulty parts. I own the kitchen for 4 years and 3 hinges are already dead. I went to the store to find replacement (In HD a pair is 20$), but I would like an "original" part The salesgirl offered a 30$ replacement for a pair (I already need 2 pairs). I know it is 1 year warranty in CozyHome (when HD offers lifetime for hinges), but you don't expect to replace more than 1 hinge after 3 years of normal usage. So if it goes on and in the next couple of years I will have to replace all of them it will cost me 270$? Sorry, but I did not order new kitchen to buy replacement parts every couple of years. (P.S. I guess this situation could be quickly resolved with the owner, but I did not want to bother and deal with "cheap" staff anymore).
